Althogh we don't know why the name's "Raruhu", their tastes are quite reliable. Cutlet comes with miso soup, tiny Sashimi, pickles and rice, only 950 yen!
Going through Hiroo shop street from Hiroo station, before to get the end of the street, turn left. Then you will find "Sputnik Cafe" on your right hand, Raruhu is the next to the cafe.
