Shiburoku is a famous Japanese restaurant among lunch freak of Nishiazabu, because of their quality, in other words cost-benefit.
Althogh they offer some lunch set menu, "Shiburoku-Zen" is the one of the best among them. It costs 1460 yen. As you see it is a bit expensive, but when you get that, you can understand why they serve the set in that price.
