We tried the newly-opened shop in Hiroo, which served 'Aburasoba'. What is 'Aburasoba'? That is a kind of Ramen w/o soup, so to speak. It might be thought that the no-taste ramen, but it isn't. Aburasoba noodle comes with 'secret souce' in the bottom of the bowl, then you can add the seasoning like a vinegar, ra-yu(chili oil) as much as you want. So you should stir it up.
It costs 680yen, basically. Quite reasonable in Hiroo, isn't it?
